User Experience Designer

About the role

Aorzon Technologies is seeking a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in SaaS and multi-industry applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs using Figma and other tools.
• Implement design systems and maintain consistency across multiple products.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing desktop-first applications with responsive design principles.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience with UX research and user-centered design methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that drive business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
