Core Responsibilities
- Help manage the full design process, from initial concepts to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups for mobile and web apps.
- Adhere to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for iOS (App Store) and Material Design guidelines for Android (Google Play).
- Create and maintain a library of UI components to ensure consistency across the product as it scales.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing detailed specifications and assets.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify pain points and validate new features (e.g., chat, feeds, posting mechanisms).
- Adjust visual elements, including icons, button states, color palettes, and typography, to align with the brand’s identity.
- Analyze in-app user data and feedback to quickly iterate on design improvements that increase retention and engagement.
- Optimize how content is displayed and consumed to increase time spent on the app.
- Create delightful and engaging interactions for actions like liking, sharing, or commenting.
- Design seamless, engaging, and fast sign-up and onboarding processes to maximize new user acquisition.
- Ensure the platform is accessible to all users.

- Optimize how content is displayed and consumed to increase time spent on the app.
- Create micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
