About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with users to understand their needs, conduct research, and collaborate with developers to create intuitive and beautiful applications.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to establish an understanding of their unique needs
- Research user workflows and observe applications in use
- Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate ideas through various levels of design fidelity including sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Experience in user-centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or greater in related field
- Portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
- Ability to relocate to Madison, WI
