User Experience Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer to lead the experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with users, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and beautiful applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs and workflows
• Research user workflows and observe applications in use
• Work alongside developers to design applications with sound information architecture
• Demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

Requirements

• Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability to relocate to Madison, WI

Qualifications

• A solid portfolio showcasing strong user experience and visual design skills

Skills

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
