User Conversion & Operations Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a User Conversion & Operations Specialist who can develop a deep understanding of the needs of U.S. K–12 families and drive business growth through parent engagement, course conversion, and user operations. This role will initially focus on frontline parent communication and course conversion. You will work directly with parents, understand their needs and decision-making process, and take ownership of conversion results. As you build a deeper understanding of our users and products, you will gradually take on broader user operations initiatives, including cross-subject enrollment among existing families, referral programs, parent communities, and user engagement activities. We are looking for someone who can do more than simply follow an established process. We want someone who understands users, takes ownership of goals, and proactively finds ways to get results.
