About the role

As a Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician, you’ll play one of the most important roles in our dealership. Every vehicle that reaches a customer begins with you. Your inspections, repairs, and attention to detail ensure every vehicle meets the high standards our customers expect from the Kayser name. This isn’t a basic maintenance position. This is a skilled, high-impact role where your experience and efficiency directly contribute to the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive used vehicle inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete high-quality repairs
• Identify maintenance and safety needs
• Accurately document inspection findings
• Help maintain industry-leading reconditioning turnaround times
• Work closely with management and teammates to keep inventory flowing
