  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success.
  • Use data mining to identify new opportunities, re-engage inactive accounts, and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Accurately track leads, customer touches, and call activity in our CRM system.
  • Stay current on training, product knowledge, and dealership initiatives.
  • Distribute promotional materials and prepare proposals to support sales efforts.
  • Support cross-department initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with energy, confidence, and integrity—able to thrive without daily supervision.
  • Skilled negotiator who can build trust and close deals at all management levels.
  • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with excellent phone and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new business systems (CRM experience a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of the medium- and heavy-duty truck industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (optional but beneficial).

Benefits

  • Time off: 16 days PTO plus holidays in your first year.
  • Health coverage: Immediate enrollment, with three medical plans to choose from.
  • Financial benefits: 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and scholarships.
  • Wellness support: FSA/HSA, dental, vision, disability, supplemental life insurance.
  • Perks: Verizon discounts, CDL reimbursement, safety gear allowance.
  • Growth opportunities: In-house training, multiple locations, and advancement potential across our organization.

Pay

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule
