Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, appliances, windows, etc.
• Restock supplies
• Empty and clean trash containers and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
• Clean office, restrooms, or designated areas and ensure cleaning supplies are organized and well-stocked
• Ensure facility and grounds are free of debris; includes hallways, stairways, walkways, parking lot, main entrance, and lobby
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Observe and report damage of property
• Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be reliable and have good time management skills
• Must have high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
