Overview
ITC is actively seeking current and recent incumbents, as well as other qualified candidates with relevant experience, to support the USASAC FMS Enterprise Programmatic Support Services Contract. These roles will plan, budget, and execute contract and systems/program management functions to support life cycle operations within a Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, budgeting, execution, and tracking of programmatic requirements within a Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales environment.
- Provide contract, program, and systems management support for life cycle operations, including maintenance, repair, supplies, logistics, and related sustainment activities.
- Aid in coordinating program schedules, deliverables, funding actions, status updates, and customer reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of program documentation, briefings, reports, metrics, and contract-related materials.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, program teams, functional leads, vendors, and external partners to support mission execution and continuity of operations.
- Maintain oversight of task progress, identify risks or delays, and assist with tracking actions to resolution.
- Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and continuity of support for existing contract operations.
- Ensure work is performed in alignment with applicable contract requirements, customer priorities, policies, procedures, and FMS program objectives.
Requirements
- Active Interim Secret Clearance or above at the time of hire
- 1 - 15+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent through Bachelor's Degree in a related technical, or professional discipline
- Must reside within commuting distance to site locations
- Current or recent experience supporting the incumbent contract, customer, program, or mission area
- Familiarity with existing program operations, customer expectations, workflows, reporting requirements, and mission priorities
- Prior experience performing substantially similar duties under the same or comparable government contract or task order
- Ability to support continuity of operations and contribute to a smooth contract transition
- Experience working with government stakeholders, program leadership, subcontractors, and cross-functional support teams
- Knowledge of applicable site procedures, clearance requirements, credentialing processes, customer systems, or contract-specific deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into an existing team with minimal ramp-up time
- Previous experience working on complex, large DoD programs or projects
- Former military or government experience preferred
- Experience in security cooperation/security assistance, general logistics, technology and financial management programs
