Job Description Under the direction of the store manager, is responsible for the in-store operations that are directly involved in the sale of merchandise for an accountable selling area or areas. Responsible for maximizing sales, profit, and inventory objectives within these areas. Job Grade 3 Job Tier 1 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
