About the role
This opportunity is for a passionate researcher who will contribute to shaping the future of digital experiences through groundbreaking solutions. You will be involved in designing, executing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research studies to deliver insightful and actionable results that guide product development.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research studies to deliver insightful and actionable results that guide product development.
- Continuously inform the product roadmap by identifying customer pain points, uncovering unmet needs, and pinpointing potential “delighters” through comprehensive data analysis.
- Conduct ongoing UX Health studies to rigorously evaluate and refine design-built experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards before release.
- Communicate complex research findings clearly and compellingly to all levels of the product team, effectively explaining methodologies, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Foster strong collaborations across engineering, design, and marketing disciplines, driving a unified user-centric approach.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant domain experience within the technology sector.
- 4+ years of experience in research methods that have directly influenced both product direction and detailed experience design.
- Proven hands-on research and/or product planning experience, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve plans and user experience in a technology industry setting.
- Strong experience applying structured research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative) in a professional setting.
- A track record of strong collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering.
- Eagerness to learn and understand diverse user audiences, their behaviors, contexts, and motivations across all phases of the customer lifecycle and user journey.
- Demonstrated strong empathy for users, balanced with an understanding of stakeholder visions and constraints.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, and flexibility.
- A track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Experience building strong collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 4-6 years of related experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise solutions.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically focused on enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership of research projects from conception to impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong commitment to rigor in study design and execution.
