Testing 508C Compliance
Responsibilities
- Work closely with users (analysts) to research and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.
- Collaborate with users to collect and document user requirements, create user interface design specifications, and work with product designers and process engineers to develop applications.
- Conduct usability testing and design/user surveys to gather user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in this or a related field.
- Familiarity with task analyses, user interface design, and usability testing.
- At least 5 years of experience in user-centered design and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in cognitive and/or experimental psychology, human factors engineering, or an engineering-related field (e.g., systems engineering, software engineering, business process engineering).
- Up to 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
Qualifications
