About the role

This position oversees facility operations, merchandising, and company direction. Key responsibilities include managing and developing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Directs facility operations and merchandising in alignment with company market and local plans and tactics.
  • Supervises and develops management and hourly associates, addressing issues like high turnover and inexperienced staff.
  • Leverages the Open Door Policy to meet with associates, research issues, and resolve complex requests.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, navigating challenging compliance issues.
  • Manages financial performance, achieving sales and profit goals, and driving sales through effective merchandising and customer service.
  • Drives sales by analyzing multiple dynamic indicators and balancing short and long-term priorities.
  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled and engaged workforce, including mentorship and succession planning.
  • Cultivates an environment of respect and integrity, integrating these values into all programs and practices.
  • Strives for excellence by adopting new technologies, supporting others through change, and promoting continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability, or 4 years' experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates/employees.
  • Experience in managing financial accountability and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, and ability to navigate compliance issues.
  • Ability to manage financial performance and drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build high-performing teams and integrate values into all programs.
  • Experience in attracting and retaining a highly skilled and engaged workforce, including mentorship and succession planning.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and regional pay zone (RPZ) and complex structure differentials as applicable.

Schedule

Full-time position.
