About the role

This role oversees facility operations, merchandising, and company direction, providing supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates. The position requires managing high-turnover situations, significant engagement issues, and inexperienced associates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and communicates a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans and tactics.
  • Supervises and develops opportunities for management and hourly associates.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drives the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
  • Drives sales in the facility by accounting for multiple dynamic indicators.
  • Models and enforces company standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Builds high-performing teams and fosters a culture of belonging.
  • Strives for excellence and drives continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR
  • 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.

Schedule

Hours are typically full-time, with specific hours varying by location.
