Position Summary

TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching, active listening, and providing feedback to associates, managing store operations, merchandising, and company direction. The ideal candidate will introduce and lead company change efforts, set clear expectations, and guide associates in implementing business solutions.

What you'll do...

  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area
  • Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements
  • Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
  • Maintains and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
  • Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
  • Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace

  • Annual Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
  • Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Bonuses
  • Additional Compensation for Certain Positions May Also Include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR
  • 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
  • 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
