Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Utilize technology and business initiatives to lead company change efforts.
- Provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions.
- Communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Lead and develop team members by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Walmart mission, values, and ethical standards.
- Work collaboratively, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, and motivate and influence others.
- Respect individuals, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.

- Minimum qualifications: 2 years' college, 1 year's retail experience and supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and supervisory experience.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, supervising 5 or more direct reports.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and regional pay zone differentials.

Qualifications
