About the role

As Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves analyzing requirements, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring code quality and security standards. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, high-availability products while mentoring peers and promoting best practices.

Role summary

Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using ReactJS. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Java. Design, integrate, and deploy ML models into production systems to enable intelligent, data-driven decision. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write high-quality, reusable, and modular code following best practices. Implement and maintain comprehensive test suites using tools like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

About the team

Enterprise Business Services builds robust service operations and technology solutions across Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. Our team drives FP&A Planning and Budgeting transformation by integrating advanced Machine Learning (ML) into financial decision-making, delivering scalable, open-stack solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy, automate planning workflows, and provide real-time, data-driven enterprise insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
