About the role

The AI Security Team develops and maintains advanced security frameworks to safeguard AI-driven assets across the enterprise. Focused on mitigating risks related to Generative AI and Agentic Workflows, the team addresses challenges such as prompt injection and model supply chain management. Utilizing expertise in systems engineering, cloud migration, continuous integration, and software development, the team ensures a secure and scalable infrastructure. Their proactive efforts continuously enhance defenses against emerging threats, supporting innovative AI solutions while protecting critical organizational resources with robust and resilient security measures.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement modular, extensible software architectures ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain code following industry standards and security best practices to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Lead root cause analysis and defect resolution to enhance application performance, security, and usability.
  • Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor program metrics and provide timely reporting to ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python programming and software architecture principles to design scalable, secure solutions.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including identification, engagement, and communication across various business functions.
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure software quality.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS for application development and deployment.
  • Capability to design modular, extensible software with disaster recovery and telemetry considerations.

Qualifications

    • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
    • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

    • Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC, Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 2 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects,

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
