You will lead full-cycle recruitment, leverage market and talent insights, and influence hiring decisions to attract and secure high-quality talent. About the team
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner team collaborates closely with Corporate Function leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned with business priorities. By partnering with HR and business stakeholders, the team builds strong talent pipelines, drives efficient hiring outcomes, and delivers a high-quality candidate experience. Operating on-site from the Bentonville, Arkansas Headquarters, the team uses data, market intelligence, and strong stakeholder partnerships to support evolving talent needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for complex and high-impact searches, driving timely and effective hiring decisions.
- Use recruiting data technology, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Advise hiring leaders on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interview practices, and hiring decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with business and HR stakeholders, serving as a strategic talent advisor.
- Develop and maintain top talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting complex or senior leadership searches.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle recruitment and aligning talent strategies with business priorities.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex hiring decisions.
- Ability to translate recruiting data and talent market insights into actionable hiring strategies.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and market research.
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, process excellence, and candidate quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trusted business partnerships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR).

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
