(USA) Senior Manager, UX Design
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, UX Design leads the development and execution of user experience strategies that enhance interaction design and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions informed by user research and data analysis.
What you'll do
Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights.
Develop and refine interaction designs, user journeys, and storyboards to enhance product usability and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals and market needs.
Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative data to optimize user satisfaction.
Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and prototypes to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate)
Driving product development in a user experience area
Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area
Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare)
UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and familiarity with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
