(USA) Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Air Freight

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management is an individual contributor role focused on expanding Walmart's Air Freight capabilities through CargoWise. This role will partner closely with Air Operations, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define business requirements, support solution design, and drive implementation of capabilities that improve the execution, visibility, and scalability of Walmart's global air freight network.

About the team

The Global Logistics Operations Automation team is responsible for driving technology-enabled transformation across Walmart’s global transportation network. The team partners closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and external providers to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, compliance, and operational execution across ocean, air, and inland transportation. As part of this mission, the team is leading the expansion of Air Freight capabilities within CargoWise to support Walmart's growing global logistics network. The team works closely with Air Operations, Origin Operations, Destination Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to define future-state processes, implement technology solutions, and drive adoption across domestic and international markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

• Supply chain systems implementation experience

Minimum Qualifications
