(USA) Senior Manager, Supply Chain Program Management
We’re hiring a Senior Manager to drive capital project execution across the Fulfillment Center (FC) network, with primary focus on Sortable & Automation initiatives. You’ll lead end-to-end project execution—after capital approval—by developing detailed project plans, assessing risks, executing per the plan, and closely monitoring progress while partnering with Automation Engineering, Construction, and Global Tech teams. This role includes regular visibility to senior fulfillment leadership.
About the team
Our Fulfillment Program Management team drives the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale initiatives across Supply Chain. We ensure programs move seamlessly from design and capital funding through launch—delivering results with speed, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Execute Fulfillment capital projects end-to-end: build the plan, align stakeholders, drive milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional delivery: coordinate with Automation Engineering, Construction/Engineering partners, and Global Tech to formulate the delivery plan and execute.
- Provide senior-leadership-ready updates: deliver monthly report-outs to fulfillment leadership (including SVP-level audiences) with clear status, risks, decisions needed, and recommended paths forward.
- Drive problem solving and decision-making: bring options, tradeoffs, and solutions—not just issues—when constraints or disruptions arise.
- Influence without authority: build trust across functions, align on scope, and drive execution through strong stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of project management experience.
- PMP preferred but not required.
- Experience working in or closely with Construction/Engineering teams in a PM capacity.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving; ability to present multiple solution paths with pros/cons.
- Proven stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional partners.
- Strong executive communication skills—able to present clearly, confidently, and concisely to senior leaders.
- Experience supporting automation and/or FC warehouse initiatives.
- Familiarity with budget management and forecasting, portfolio reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations.
- Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma certification.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
