About the team: The Global Finance Business Services team leads business process ownership by driving transformation, delivering insights, and managing risks while ensuring continuity of the Global Finance Services model. The team enables strategic value creation through strong business partnerships, offering expert advisory support, and maintaining a disciplined focus on operational excellence and controls. Members continuously analyze data, challenge outputs including AI-driven insights, and translate findings into actionable decisions. This collaborative environment emphasizes project management, financial analysis, governance, and process improvement to support the organization’s goals and enhance overall performance.
What you'll do

- Oversee financial processes including month-end close, account reconciliation, and application of advanced accounting standards.
- Collaborate with business partners to align strategies, improve operational efficiency.

What you'll bring
- Strong supply chain expertise, financial analysis skills, including cost accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of complex accounts.
- Expertise in data management, governance, and applying advanced financial accounting standards.
- Value creation thru partnership with the business, and serve as a strong strategic advisory role for the business partners.
- Extensive experience in Gen AI, data modeling, Power BI, Vibe Coding, transformation mindset, project management and operational excellence within complex business environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain functional partnerships.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements aligned with business strategy.
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in high-risk and dynamic situations.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
