Our team serves as the operating system for the Vice President's organization, connecting strategy, planning, portfolio management, and execution across Store Fulfillment. We lead the organization's business rhythm, strategic planning processes, executive insights, and cross-functional portfolio to help leadership focus on the highest-value opportunities. Working across Product, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and partner teams, we simplify complexity, accelerate decision-making, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver meaningful customer, associate, and business impact. What you'll do

  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and business outcomes.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, governance, and execution.
  • Develop executive-ready business reviews, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Drive portfolio visibility through reporting, prioritization, and operating mechanisms.
  • Build partnerships across Product, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and other business teams to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters: Business Administration. Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
