Position Summary
Responsible for operational work processes within the Distribution Center, driving end-to-end improvements through strategic partnerships and continuous improvement methodologies.
What you'll do...
- Create strategic leadership partnerships with key management to drive process improvements.
- Manage workload of Process Quality Engineers to ensure balanced focus on network-driven projects and building-specific improvements.
- Apply continuous improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Time and Motion Studies, Statistical Process Control, and Six Sigma to eliminate losses and establish standards.
- Support the Walmart Performance System by engaging leaders, demonstrating program effectiveness, and implementing problem-solving skills and process improvement thinking.
- Collaborate in One Best Way standard implementation and deviation processes, reviewing and responding to the Daily Management System.
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans, and measuring progress.
- Supervise and develop associates by selecting, training, mentoring, and providing regular performance evaluations.
- Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, and supporting community outreach events.
- Act with integrity, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance, and fostering a culture of belonging.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area.
- 6 years’ experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area.
- 4 years’ experience leading teams.
- Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long-term savings.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering.

Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
