The Seller Fulfilled Team empowers sellers of all sizes to succeed on Walmart Marketplace by delivering scalable, accessible fulfillment solutions. Focused on Assortment, Speed, Trust, Price, and AI Automation, the team drives seller growth and customer satisfaction. By leveraging stakeholder management, financial and customer analytics, and operational performance management, the team supports business operations that enhance marketplace value. Collaborating across functions, the team fosters innovation and efficiency to create a dynamic environment where sellers can expand their reach and contribute to a thriving marketplace benefiting all participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business operations and enhance eCommerce performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
• Utilize financial and customer analytics to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform decision-making.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
• Influence and advise business partners through clear, fact-based communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee operational performance management and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize results.
• Manage mechanisms such as MBR, QBR, and Annual Operating Planning and LRP process for Seller Fulfilled Business.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in business operations management with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial and customer analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business partners.
• Experience managing complex projects, aligning resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to develop and implement operational performance management strategies.
• Skilled in leveraging market and customer analysis to drive business growth and innovation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area in ECommerce Merchandising, Site Operations, Business Management, or related area.

Pay

Annual salary range:

• Bentonville, Arkansas: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
• Bellevue, Washington: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
