Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business operations and eCommerce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Develop and communicate clear business plans, leveraging data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks and addressing challenges.
  • Foster collaboration across teams by establishing shared goals and effective communication channels.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
  • Experience in ECommerce Merchandising, Site Operations, Business Management, or related area.

  • Proven expertise in leading cross-functional business initiatives and managing complex projects with multiple work streams.

Pay

  • Bentonville, Arkansas: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00.
  • Sunnyvale, California: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
