What you'll do...

  • Verifies identifications and issues visitor badges.
  • Maintains visitor logs.
  • Deter potential security threats and provide a sense of security.
  • Communicate progress and relevant information.
  • Identify and suggest ways to address improvement opportunities.
  • Adapts to and learns from change difficulties and feedback.
  • Operates machinery and equipment safely.
  • Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
  • Participates in safety trainings and drills.
  • Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols.
  • Conducts regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility.
  • Creates and issues all new and replacement associate and visitor badges.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
  • Collaborates with managers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Communicates progress and information.
  • Determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities.
  • Adapts to and learns from change difficulties and feedback.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.00.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment.

Liv Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
