Position Summary
As a Recruiter at Walmart, you will partner closely with hiring managers to execute strategic talent acquisition plans, ensuring alignment on role requirements and timelines. You will manage sourcing campaigns, maintain candidate pipelines, and oversee structured interview processes to deliver a positive candidate experience. Utilizing data-driven insights and ATS tools, you will monitor hiring metrics and address pipeline risks proactively.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Manage requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and escalate risks to meet hiring goals.
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using ATS, CRM, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate structured interview processes, coach interviewers, and ensure timely, accurate feedback collection.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
- Administer offer processes, including compensation discussions and post-offer logistics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain data integrity across systems to support reporting and continuous improvement.

As trusted talent advisors, the team partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Utilizing market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and build long-term capabilities. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, fostering sustainable hiring models that support Walmart’s innovation and growth.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Strong ability to manage structured interview processes and coach interviewers on evaluation techniques.
- Expertise in using ATS and CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
- Demonstrated skill in executing targeted sourcing campaigns and maintaining active candidate pipelines.
- Effective communication skills to provide timely updates and manage candidate experience throughout hiring stages.
- Ability to negotiate offers within compensation guidelines and escalate risks with clear context.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area.
- Option 2: 2 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.

Additional Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
