About the role

You will ensure all material boxes are scanned correctly without errors, adhere to safety procedures for scanner use and raw material handling, and resolve any scanning issues. Effective communication with team members and supervisors is essential, especially when addressing discrepancies or problems.

Responsibilities

  • Scan material boxes accurately and resolve any errors or issues during the process.
  • Follow all safety procedures for using scanners and handling raw material boxes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding issues or discrepancies.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; adapt to change and feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements (preferred).

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Schedule

Paid time off (PTO) and/or Protected Paid Time Off (PPTO) is provided for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount depends on job classification and length of employment and meets or exceeds paid sick leave laws where applicable.
