Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance and sales, supervises and develops teams, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores and provide feedback to associates, teaching and actively listening to improve store operations.
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding merchandising, company direction, and change efforts.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and Community Outreach Programs.
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements, manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
  • Supports key stakeholders, coordinates job-related activities, and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy and promoting continuous learning.
  • Respects individuals, builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
