Position Summary
TourToTeach as a leader and trainer, actively listens to associates, provides feedback, and collaborates across all levels to improve store operations. Manages and supports customer service initiatives, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating financial statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide training to associates, focusing on customer service and business solutions.
- Collaborate with associates at all levels to address merchandising, company direction, and change efforts.
- Lead and mentor associates, setting clear expectations and providing recognition.
- Manage customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates, ensuring they meet their job responsibilities and goals.
- Support and coordinate job-related activities, fostering a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, acting with integrity and respect for individuals.
- Drive financial performance and sales by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, promoting a belonging mindset and recruiting qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on business processes and practices.
- Act with integrity, displaying curiosity and taking calculated risks, encouraging learning from mistakes, and driving continuous improvements.
- Strive for excellence by adopting new technologies and skills, supporting others through change, and making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
