Position Summary
Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Encourages and supports associates and managers in serving as good members of the community.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key individuals or groups in the community.
- Represents the company to various external organizations and champions company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts.
- Holds hourly associates accountable, analyzes and interprets reports, implements and monitors asset protection and safety controls, maintains quality assurance standards, oversees safety and operational reviews, and develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates in assigned area, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition, setting clear expectations, communicating expectations consistently and effectively, promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace, and providing feedback to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved, and developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements, assisting the management team in controlling expenses, developing and implementing plans to correct any deficiencies in financial performance, and analyzing economic trends and community needs for budget forecasting.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
- Supervises and develops opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Additional Compensation
- Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
- Performance-based bonuses
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
