(USA) Operations Manager
About the Role
You will initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers to serve as active community members. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups, representing the company to external organizations, and championing company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts for associates, customers, and the local community.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance standards, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans to correct deficiencies. You will also provide direction on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.
You will provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and fostering a belonging mindset in the workplace to achieve business goals.
You will model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, resolving customer issues, and implementing process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
You will assist the store manager in driving financial performance by ensuring sales and profit goals are met, reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, controlling expenses, and developing plans to address financial deficiencies. You will also participate in analyzing economic trends and community needs for budget forecasting.
You will coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, setting goals, measuring progress, and promoting continuous learning.
You will ensure compliance with company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and utilizing the Open Door Policy.

Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional pay may include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
- Complex Structure adjustments for external challenges.
- State Pay Differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
