(USA) Member Specialist (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and acknowledge members, verify membership cards, and identify member needs.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas; zone and organize merchandise; conduct safety sweeps and follow company safety standards.
• Resolve member issues and concerns; assist with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services; process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Support members with self‑service technology and teach new technology and tool functionality.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates, deliver new program rollout training, and provide continuous learning and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Secure Sam’s Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity; execute emergency response procedures; ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation; identify shrink and damages; handle returns in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to prioritize work, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

Pay

• Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00 (equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage).
• Additional premiums of $0.35 – $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
