Position Summary
Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages.
What you'll do...
- Maintains exit areas and reviews member receipts.
- Acknowledges members and identifies their needs.
- Assists members with purchasing decisions.
- Assists members with locating merchandise.
- Provides member service by maintaining self-checkout area.
- Solves member issues and concerns.
- Promotes Sams Club products and services.
- Guides and supports members regarding self-service technology.
- Processes member purchases.
- Handles payments, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Utilizes self-checkout area.
- Assists with securing and safeguarding Sams Club assets and property.
- Observes and communicates potential criminal activity.
- Maintains paperwork logs and other required documentation.
- Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices.
- Trains Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
- Teaches new technology and tool functionality.
- Delivers new program rollout training.
- Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Completes work assignments and priorities.
- Respects the individual by embracing differences, creating a workplace culture of belonging, and supporting talent attraction.

- The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
