What you'll do...

Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment; identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintain accurate records and logs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

• Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift pacers); identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily business practices.
• Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using manual or powered equipment.
• Maintain compliance with cold chain and species regulations during freight handling.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of cold chain management
