Position Summary

What you'll do...
Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment; identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintain accurate records and logs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

- Adapt to change, overcome difficulties, and learn from feedback.
- Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift pacers); identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily business practices.
- Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using manual or powered equipment.
- Maintain compliance with cold chain and species regulations during freight handling.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of cold chain management
