Position Summary

Complete work assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.

What you'll do...

Adapt to change, overcome difficulties, and learn from feedback. Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment; identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintain accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily business practices.
  • Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using manual or powered equipment.
  • Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.
