About the team

About the team: Our team develops and scales marketplace screening, onboarding, and seller compliance capabilities to ensure a trusted and efficient marketplace experience. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors, we enhance screening workflows and operational performance. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and compliance, the team transforms frontline insights and data into actionable improvements that support business growth and marketplace trust. This cross-functional approach enables effective problem-solving and continuous advancement in marketplace operations.

What you'll do

  • Define and manage goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Assess resources and risks, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful project completion.

  • Monitor project progress, lead coordination meetings, and take corrective actions to maintain program health.

  • Oversee budgeting and financial management, tracking expenditures against forecasts through effective governance.

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating clearly to influence and align teams and partners.

  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational reporting to enhance technology operations.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What you'll bring

  • Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.

  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control aligned to project delivery.

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities to build consensus and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated capability in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational performance measurement.

  • Leadership experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous learning.

  • Knowledge of technology landscapes and ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.

About the Compensation

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
