• Build, develop and support programs that improve customer and seller experiences, support seller success, and drive growth by bolstering our seller service offerings.
• Create new strategic programs from the ground up, launch, drive impact, and own programs end to end.
• Thrive and lead marketplace initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space.
• Have a deep understanding of what it takes to build an ecommerce marketplace and leverage industry research & trends to help drive decisions.
• Have strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business partners, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organization.
• Foster collaboration across teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results.
• Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart.
• Be biased for action, relentless about driving and owning the goal and be motivated by the responsibility of delivering the most crucial capabilities for long term marketplace growth.

You Will Be Successful If You Are

• A thought leader that can thrive and lead marketplace initiatives in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and challenging environment in the ecommerce space.
• Have a deep understanding of the problem and pain points, identify the right solutions that are executable. Build the overarching program leveraging the solutions and the plan to bring those to the sellers and customers.
• Clearly articulate and position the strategy and goals of each program to generate buy in and ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
• Lead operations and gain cross-functional collaboration at the executive level to ensure the program plan is properly executed, including capability automation, seller adoption, benefit and impact delivery.
• Ensure improvements in seller or customer NPS, GMV and revenue growth, operation efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Drive organizational change - Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart.
• Operate at the highest standards. As the leader and owner of the strategic programs that will yield the scalable growth for Marketplace you must make sure that you and the team execute with excellence, are subject matter experts, understand very well the role they play, leverage research and data to make decisions, and are capable of representing marketplace and engaging with leadership across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Think critically and analytically, and have proven ability to story-tell with data, translating data insights into concise, strategic recommendations.
• Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities and staying organized throughout.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL & data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Background in Strategy Consulting and Analytics highly preferred.

Live Better U

The Live Better U program is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
