The Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role collaborates with stakeholders to optimize supply chain execution, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages supplier and transporter relationships, and leads teams to uphold compliance and ethical standards. What you'll do
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return exceptions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize flow paths aligning with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve service levels, and streamline operations.
- Oversee performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders for corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support operational objectives and compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing motor carrier cargo claims, including claim intake, evidence review, liability assessment, carrier communication, recovery negotiation, and claim resolution.
- Working knowledge of transportation documentation such as bills of lading, delivery records, temperature records, OS&D documentation, photos, and other shipment-level evidence used to determine carrier responsibility.
- Experience applying transportation claim principles, partnering with carriers and internal stakeholders, and driving timely, accurate claim outcomes in a high-volume supply chain environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.
