What you'll do
Lead the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and customer requirements.
Design and deliver customized reports to monitor obligations, risk mitigation, and performance standards.
Analyze complex data sets using advanced statistical and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize reporting requests and communicate project status.
Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of business intelligence solutions and reporting technologies.
Manage production of regulatory and internal reports ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, fostering continuous learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or related area, Project Management Certification.
