Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Design, test, and validate business intelligence solutions and reporting tools to support data accuracy and regulatory needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, statistical models, and risk assessments for key stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate project goals, timelines, and deliverables for analytics initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
• Foster continuous improvement by evaluating new reporting technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in data analysis, data mining, and data-driven decision making to support complex business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing to develop and maintain robust reporting solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing long-term analytics projects with effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to design and implement compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and statistical models to deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated capability in managing data accuracy, security awareness, and system documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with statistical programming languages.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
