Manager, Business Analysis & Insights

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making in the healthcare space. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex analyses into concise narratives for various executive audiences
• Lead high-impact analyses to identify root causes and actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and automate analytics
• Partner with business leaders to shape and operationalize the strategic roadmap
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and self-service reporting tools
• Build trusted relationships across multiple departments to drive initiatives
• Manage multiple initiatives, navigating ambiguity while prioritizing effectively

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably in D2C or high-growth tech environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Expert SQL skills; experience with Python or R preferred
• Strong business intelligence tools experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Big data fluency with complex datasets and deriving insights at scale
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive settings
• Proven ability to balance analysis with business decision-making

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
