(USA) Maintenance Manager (Grocery)
Position Summary
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with logistics and company standards. Lead the team in achieving facility goals such as production quality, safety, and operational improvements. Manage financial aspects, monitor expenses, and prepare business reports.
What you'll do...
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
- Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
- Forecast and follow up on staffing and workload to meet business demands.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders in the area of responsibility, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for learning and growth.
- Oversee maintenance department operations, monitoring and driving department performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee and direct financial aspects as assigned, monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget, and preparing business reports.
- Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, and participating in hiring and promotions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.

Pay & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
