Position Summary

TourToTeach, a leader in store operations, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop teams effectively. This role involves teaching, actively listening, and providing feedback to associates, managing customer service initiatives, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What you'll do...

• Tour stores and provide feedback to associates
• Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
• Implement business solutions and communicate business objectives
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards
• Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues
• Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements
• Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
• Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area
• Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
