What you'll do...

• Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.

• Requires 2 years of college, 1 year of retail experience and supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, requires successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities selling only ammunition, may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
