(USA) Front End Coach

Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance and sales, supervising associates, ensuring compliance, and offering benefits.

What you'll do...

• Teaches training and actively listens to associates, providing feedback and introducing company change efforts.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues.
• Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
• Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements, manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and develops associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
• Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates, coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission values, and acts with integrity.
• Provides direction and guidance on applying policies and practices, respects individuals, and acts with integrity.
• Strives for excellence, drives continuous improvements, and acts with integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
• State Pay Differential: This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
