Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance, and supporting them with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zonining the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick-up orders, staging products, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles moves and displays goods in a safe and correct manner, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor inventory practices.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions or practices.
- Proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services and items.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and takes steps to fix them.

Compliance
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.

Hourly Wage Range
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*.
Additional Compensation
- May be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
- Based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
