Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Pick up, move, place, and position merchandise and supplies.
- Organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handle club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Manage inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor practices.
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely and report poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identify and assist customers with technology services.
- Identify and resolve shrink opportunities and problems.
- Maintain and organize products and ensure they are stocked correctly.
- Fix any problems with equipment and products.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
